Computer problems?

OK, I'm a complete newbie to blogging, but what the hey? At one time I didn't know how to turn on a computer either. I'd like to talk about computer freeze up, computer problems, computer malfunction and tech support. Most times I've ever had a problem, I (much like every stubborn male I know) try to fix it myself. Not being an overly technical person, this leads to disaster or further problems. The fact is when your car breaks down, take it to a mechanic. You get sick go to a doctor. Why is it we all try to avoid the experts when computer malfunction, problems, troubles or freeze up happens, the last resort is contacting tech support. Technical support exists to help with computer problems. They are technicians, trained professionals in computer repair and computer technology. The main problem we all have is getting through. Actually being able to communicate with someone about what's going on with our computers. Well, I've found a solution. The technical support and help with computers I have received has been nothing but top notch. My computer was freezing everytime I logged on. I'd read one e-mail and then have to wait a hundred years for the page to change when I was done. At times, the screen would pop and go blue----yes, the dreaded blue screen of death.
